My first tiered cake. My only other stacking was a dummy cake and so this was super exciting to try. 8" and 6" tiers, both 4.5" high. It was filled with raspberry jam, lemon curd, and raspberry SMBC and covered in MMF. The fondanting on the bottom was a disaster so I used the ruffling technique I've seen here so much frequently in order to cover it up and make it prettier. Thanks for looking!
