I made this for my grandma's birthday! The cake was very yummy- was French vanilla cake, strawberry preserves as a filling, and buttercream icing. I think this is the smoothest my cake top has ever come out! I got worried about the icing and especially my roses because it was getting a little warm in the house and my mom wouldn't turn on the AC.
