A not so Traditional Wedding Cake! This is my first fondant covered square tiered cake and my first 'stress head' moment in my caking career so far.. round cakes are so much easier to work with.. all these edges, corners and striving for straight lines just cause me headaches. Not to mention the company I get my RTR fondant from neglected to ship my delivery and I had to resort to making my own... eeeek! Big shout out to ApplegumKitchen for her fondant recipe -You saved my rear! Thank You!!I'm happy with the outcome and the bride was wrapt - that's all that counts! Thanks for looking :)
