Diabetic Birthday Cake

I made this cake for my Boyfriends mothers birthday....Needless to say, I probaly never make another one again......I wasnt to thrill how it turned out.....The cake reminded me of cornbread!!lol

Well, at least you have experience in dealing with such a cake. Hopefully you can provide great tips for those of us who might also have to do a diabetic cake in the future. :lol:

I did a christmas tree cake, but melted the icing so it could go thru the icing bag....thanks for the comment....
