The bride wanted a multi-shaped, rustic looking cake with tiny spring flowers on branches, since she was to be married outside (sadly, it rained) in the woods. Her fiance tried to talk her into a cammo decorated cake with fish and deer, since they are both avid hunters. When they came for the cake tasting, I had designed this cake for her and she loved the idea. The cake is only for 60 people and is WASC with strawberry cream cheese cake filling and buttercream frosting. It's covered with fondant. She didn't have a topper and he still wanted that deer on the cake. I suggested the tree stump since she had told me that they carved their initials in a tree at the woods where they were getting married. While he was in the room, she asked where a deer would fit, but later wished she had not agreed. I suggested a small groom's cake and she LOVED the idea. TYFL
