My friend asked me to make a very colorful and child friendly cake for the after school child care program that she works at. She wanted to surprise the children with an Easter cake on the last day of school before spring break. This is a vanilla butter cake with buttercream and MMF details. The cake border is real jelly beans. She wanted alot of jelly beans so the children could each have 2. I really liked how this turned out.
