2 tier birthday cake that I made for a friend`s daughters` 16th birthday. The bottom tier is a dummy cake and the top is a jam and buttercream filled sponge cake which i covered with fondant icing. Snow-White is a wilton doll top which i put into a polystyrene cone then i added layers of sugar-paste / fondant mix to make the skirt, top of the dress and the cape, All the woodland animals and Pinocchio are also made from sugarpaste / fondant mix ......
