This cake was a challenge for me. First time doing a topsy turvy cake ( i did mean to slant them in the same direction) First time doing strips on a cake. So overall I think I did a good job, but I do have some more learning to do. This is 3 8' cakes with 3 6' cakes, vanilla cake with buttercream icing with fondant covering.
