Emily's Miffy/nijntje
8in carrot cake filled and decorated with vanilla buttercream. Gumpaste Miffy (or Nijntje as she's known in these parts), was made to look like the baby's favourite soft toy version. Gumpaste wired heart topper and royal icing drop flowers. All yellow areas sprinkled with baby lemon disco glitter.
