5th Birthday Cake. Strawberry Shortcake and the number 5 are gumpaste. The large strawberries are made from cupcakes. Gluten free, dairy free, egg free, nut free cake. Top tier is strawberry and vanilla buttercream. Bottom is vanilla buttercream. Buttercream icing with fondant and gumpaste decorations. I over softened my buttercream on the top tier with dairy free that can be sooo frustrating! Live and learn! TFL!
