This is a cake dummy that was decorated as part of the Techniques of Cake Decorating III course @ ICE. It's iced in royal icing with royal icing rings along the edge and floral accents. There is also stringwork and trellis work coming down the sides. The bottom edge is decorated with royal icing collars and pipe work. The centerpiece is a pastiallage box filled with a cymbidium orchid, azaleas, daisies, forget-me-nots and foliage.
