This cake was for a 21st birthday party. (Shared party with friend turning 22...) Vegas casino theme. Fondant cards are hand drawn with Americolor's Gourmet Writers. All edible except the 2 skewers (covered in MFF), holding up the sign. I used chocolate MMF for the roulette tier. It tasted great but was incredibly hard to roll out... like shoe leather! The dice are RKT covered with MFF.
