Bottom tier is a four layer french vanilla torte with raspberry filling and a vanilla buttercream. Top tier is a dark chocolate turtle cake with a chocolate buttercream inside and covered with a chocolate expresso glaze. Animals are gumpaste/fondant mixture. Leaves etc. are white molding chocolate (client HATES the taste of fondant). =)
