Made for a friends wedding. They wanted it Topsy Turvy but very sophisticated and elegant (not to sloppy and with very extreme angles) I was a little worried it would look like a try hard topsy turvy but LOVEhow it looked in the end! All Roses and Lilies are handmade, my first attempt at both! very proud it all came together so well. Everyone loved it, all tiers are white chocolate mud covered inwhite ganache. Top tier hasd a strawberry swirl and middle tier has a Chocolate swirl, YUMMO
