thanks for the comments....it only seemed to be the grey that cracked...the flesh wasnt too bad....and the dog was ok.....maybe i messed with it too much!

Looks cute!! If it's cracking I'd say it's too dy. I keep all the peices in baggies and pull out only what I need to work with.
