This cake was for a "Winter Onederland" theme with icy blues, purples and silver. Snowflakes, snowballs, castles and a tiara to top were all part of the theme. The second and fourth tiers are cake dummies and are covered with buttercream and crystalized sugar to look like snow. All tiers are covered with buttercream and are decorated with fondant accents.
