I couldn't help myself...I don't know who started these cakes but I had to do one for my grandmother's 85th birthday. She's a true Texan and wanted yellow roses. It turned out so beautiful if you don't look too closely. :) There are a lot of gaps because I ran out of yellow icing and was too tired to make more. Loved it though!
