I made this cake for a friend who is a Zumba instructor and just recently opened her own dance studio. It was made for the open house. Top tier was strawberry with strawberry buttercream and white chocolate shavings in the center, middle tier was chocolate fudge with chocolate fudge icing and Godiva milk chocolate shavings in the center, and bottom tier was white chocolate cake with white chocolate chips mixed in, vanilla buttercream with white chocolate shavings in the center. All MMF decorations and the black fondant recipe I found on here and it is AWESOME!!!! I did use dark Karo syrup though and used a bit more powdered sugar to make the black not so shiny and a few more semi sweet chocolate chips. It tasted amazing.
