This is a huckleberry champagne cake with huckleberry filling. It is hand sculpted to look just like the ducati logo and the owner's key was reproduced to literally fit his motorcycle out of gumpaste and Satin Ice and painted with moonstone and Nu Silver luster dusts. The sides are painted with Moonstone and Black Charcoal for a quicky carbon fiber look as a true carbon fiber look was not in the budget for this cake. It is all red and black Satin Ice Fondant. The key ring is a perfect circle without a 'weld' by cutting a medium and then medium small circle out of the same piece of gumpaste and them shaping it to look like molded metal and covering in Nu Silver luster dust.
