I took a half sheet cake and cut it into 3 pieces and stacked it together.Then I carved it to look the shape of a potato. Frosted in with buttercream and airbrused it yellow, then orange, then brown. I took some cake crumbs and mixed it with buttercream for the potatoes on top. I then placed drops of buttercream on top for sourcream. I took green tinted coconut sprinkled it on top for chives. I made the bacon bits, cheese and butter out of modeling chocolate.
