This was a cake I did for a neighbor's little girl. There is two layers to the cake with buttercream icing. I found some gumballs that had the baseball laces on them, and bordered the bottom of the cake with them as well as with the candy gloves. I punched holes through some of the gumballs and used lollipop sticks to create the stand for the little batter to stand on. This cake was a lot of fun to create.
