This was for 2 cousins with birthdays very close together. It was also Superbowl and the younger one's family loves the steelers, hence the yellow hat. The ears & writing are make from chocolate. Entire cake is edible. This was a white cake with pastry pride filling that had strawberry preserves folded in.
