I made this cake for a friend who had spent his career working on Patriot missil technology, he is retired. I was going for a 'Super Hero' look. After I had a clear picture of what I was going for I had a lot of fun with this one! Lemon Cake with Lemon Curd Filling and a Lemoncello Buttercream frosting covered with mmf fondant, all fondant and RI accents.
