I made homemade cupcakes and then buttercream frosting,, use mini marshmellows, cut in half diagnal, put wet part of marshmellow down in any color of sprinkels, and the start layering around the cupcake til u meet in the middle! WHALLA!! MARSHMELLOW CHRYSANTHEMUM CUPCAKES
