This is my fave St. Patty's hat! Did you cover the cakeboard in green fondant for the brim? Is the hat carved cake?

Thanks for your comments! This cake was really easy. It is made up of two 9 x2" round cakes and one 6x2" round cake. The brim is a 14" cake board covered in fondant. Stack the 9" cakes on the bottom and the 6" on top. Once stacked, I trimmed the 3 layers down the sides at a slight angle, especially the top edge of the top 9" cake to meet up with the 6" a little better. Frosted and covered the cake in green fondant and attached a fondant ribbon and buckle.
