Chocolate Brownie Petit Fours With Chocolate Raspberry Ganache & Hearts on Cake Central

I used a 6 cavity square mold from CK Products that they call a mini cake mold. I molded the chocolate shell, piped in some raspberry chocolate ganache, added a brownie slice, and covered the bottom with chocolate. Drizzled with white chocolate, piped red chocolate hearts, and then painted with super red, gold, and gold pearl luster dust in Everclear---delicious, too!
