This topsy turvy candy themed cake was created for a 'sweeeet' 16 celebration held at the Pines Manor in Edison, NJ. The bottom tier is yellow fondant with purple, pink, white, and lime green stripes. The middle tier is covered in purple fondant with free-hand lime green swirly shapes. The top tier is covered in white fondant with pink, lime green, purple and yellow polka dots. Each tier has a different type of candy border. The cake is complete with a swirly number 16.

Each tier was flavored differently. The bottom tier was chocolate chunk cake with chocolate ganache, the middle tier was vanilla with french vanilla buttercream, and the top tier was red velvet cake with cream cheese filling.
