This is a cake for my uncle Daniel who turns 60. Chocolate cake with custard and chocolate ganache all covered with fondant. All details (fisherman, launch, distaff, water lily, rock...) are fondant. All edible except for the fishing rod, there is a broach inside. It was very fun to make this cake!
