Lesson Learned

I am posting this ONLY a) for comic relief and b) to remind myself and help anyone else who might be crazy enough to volunteer to make a wedding cake for family: DO NOT. It did save them some money and taste good, though.
Top two tiers: lemon-mango cake with raspberry and lemon curd filling and lemon buttercream
Middle tier: French vanilla bean cake with vanilla buttercream
Bottom layer: Chocolate fudge cake with dark chocolate ganache filling and chocolate buttercream
Covered in marshmallow fondant
