Every year for the past 4 years I have made a new Thomas Cake for one of my sons. For this year we went with the roundhouse as the cake. I don't own any embossing type tools for fondant so I improvised and used a single pez candy to make the brick print on the roundhouse. Took forever, but I loved the way it turned out.
