Lightning Mcqueen
This was made for my best friends nephew. I am very happy with the way it came out except the frosting could have been smoother. Needless to say, her nephew loved it!! Yellow cake with ding dong filling and decorated with BC frosting. Thanks for the help Fishercakes!!!
It looks great! Did you use the nascar pan or did you just sculpt?
Thanks!! I used the nascar pan, but it was too thin so I put a 9"x13" underneath and carved it to the shape of the nascar pan
Very cute! What brand of red coloring did you use? Did it make the icing bitter?
Thanks again...I used the Wilton Paste Food Coloring Christmas Red and the icing was fine...no bitter taste at all!!
