I made this a for a friend that is a HUGE NASCAR fan who likes to go to the Texas Motor Speedway in Dallas. She loves Tony Stewart so Montoya spins out and crashes and Stewart wins it! Cake is vanilla, covered with buttercream and vanilla fondant. I made the upper box and stands with rice crispy treats and the cars were made from modeling chocolate. The decals were onces that I found and printed off the internet. Needless to say, she loved it!
