My first attempt at making a Fondant covered cake. This was for my son who turned 2 this past weekend. Top is 6 inches, bottom is 10 inches. Each Tier has 2 layers, one layer of chocolate and one layer of vanilla. Filling was Chocolate Ganache with buttercream icing. Fondant is Satin Ice.
