This is a snow globe I made for Christmas gifts for friends. I had intentions to make a hard candy globe to place over the cake to resemble to glass and even made the mold, but simply ran out of time before I got the sizes right, etc. So that will be my project for next year. The inside is a white cake colored green and a red velvet cake. (a 6in and a 4in) The top was covered in white Mm fondant then sprinkled with edible white glitter flakes and some white nonpareils as snow balls. This one features a Star Wars Death Star for him and a Twilight theme for her all hand painted on the bottom. The top is a MM fondant figure of their expectant baby popping out of a present.
