I made it for a small housewarming party. 5 inches. 2 chocolate cake layers with raspberry filling on top of 3 yellow cake layers (soaked with Copa de Oro Coffee Liqueur and Vodka) with cream cheese filling. I soaked them too much and they started to fall apart. Lesson learned :) I am surprised that the cake is still intact. Covered with butter cream and homemade marshmallow fondant. Circles are Black Duff Goldman Buttercream Fondant & Tylose powder.
