This is one of nine Christmas cakes I made this year for family and friends, this was for my boss and his wife as part of their Christmas present from me and my family. It is fruit cake with marzipan and fondant icing, the holly leaves and berries were made from flower paste, attached red bow and ribbon surround. I then sprinkled glitter dust over the cake to give that extra bit of Christmas magic!
