A surprise mini birthday cake for my Aunt Lil Li who LOVES lilies! It is a rather tall 5" yellow cake frosted with butter cream. I wanted the butter cream to look like Van Gogh's Starry night: http://www.vangoghgallery.com/painting/starryindex.html The tiger lilies are made out of gum paste.. Dust with sunflower, tiger lily, kiko and shaded tree. Painted with Squire Kitchen's edible brown paint. The leaves were dusted with moss green, shaded tree and sunflower. TFL!
