My 2nd atttempt at Hello Kitty! My daughters birthday is Christmas week and she loves pink and HK. I wanted a tall cake but didn't want a 2 tiered cake; this cake is three 8 inch rounds with 2 different fillings. Choc cake with peanut butter mousse/fresh bananas and strawberry cream. Pink Whipped cream to finish. Hello Kitty and all the flowers are gumpaste.
