With Santa showing a bit of a 'builder's bum' as requested. 8" rich fruit cake (Delia Smith's recipe), coated with almond paste and almond flavoured fondant, decorated with fondant gum paste models and fondant accents. The snow, snowballs and snowflakes are dusted with Snowflake Lustre Dust which I think gives a lovely sparkly sheen to the cake.
