All butter cream cake with fondant accents Not as hard as i imagined. But would loved to have seen it in fondant, client didnt want fondant.:( Red Butter cream is definatley harder to make then imagined as well...used 2 bottles of red gel...and 2 days of waiting to get the right red i needed!!
