I had my first offical cake order under my new business name! This is a birthday cake for a woman who works at EKU. Her husband asked for maroon roses, and I think I matched the colors to the EKU koozie just right (which is really hard for me). The customer also asked for hazelnut cake and sour cream icing, both of which I've never made before. I have been a nervous wreck, and I pray it tastes the way the customer wants it too. TFL
