This is my 1st topsy turvy cake. Bottom is wasc with bavarian cream and the middle tier is chocolate with raspberry filling. The teapot is made of rkt. The watch shows her birthtime, the hat has her birthdate and one of the cards shows her age. The pocket of the apron has her name.

She turned 40 and had a costume party. Thank you for all the inspiration!! TFL!
