Can't believe I pulled this one off! I am really tickled with it! I sculpted the legs, belly and part of the head with RKT and the rest is cake. Wish I had taken pictures of the possess, but basically I made a platform on 1" dowels for the cake to sit on, molded the RKT under it for the belly, frosted and covered it all in fondant. The ears and horns are made out of gumpaste, and the whole thing is airbrushed. FYI the flavor was Chocolate Mint.
