Topsy Turvey cake iced in buttercream. This was made for my daughters best friend who is turning 11. All she wanted was a "regular birthday cake"...so I used her favorite colors of blue and orange and went from there. It has been a long time since I iced anything in buttercream, but I think I did pretty good at getting it relatively smooth. She was estatic when she saw it, so that made me very happy.
