I made these monkey cupcakes for my mom on her birthday a couple weeks ago. Each monkey is supposed to resemble a certain characteristic of each of my family members. So, for example, my little 5 year old brother is ALWAYS eating and making funny faces, so for his cupcake, I put a banana in his mouth and gave him goofy eyes.
