This is a chocolate almond sour cream cake, marbled with a white almond sour cream cake that was colored purple. Frosted in buttercream, with gum paste handcuffs, leaves, key and badge, covered with silver pearl dust. The truffles are because I was going to do a ganache filling, but it set harder than I wanted to deal with, but they were sooooo delicious that I included them. My first order, and for a friend thank goodness, as there are mistakes! For a police officer who loves purple.
