cake flavor: chocolate filling: vanilla mascarpone cream icing: 1st buttercream, 2nd marzipan, 3rd fondant (yeah that's rich - but if you're pregnant - who cares) :-) all the decoration is from fondant, the baby converse, the laces. only thing that's royal icing are the dark red lines, black painting and letters are food color. when delivering the cake I fell down the stairs cake in my hands. cake surprisingly survived - but not my ankle ;-)
