My MIL asked me to do this cake for a guy at work who had just remembered his girlfriend's birthday was coming up in two days. So, I rushed and stay up till morning for two nights getting this done. The cake is WASC Chocolate cake, with Strawberry Mousse filling. Iced in buttercream, with fondant roses and chocolate dipped strawberries. I didn't want to write on the cake, so I used a gumpaste tag. Also all the "drips" are melted chocolate. My husband gave the cake it's name. lol. I had fun doing this cake, because the guy only knew he wanted strawberries and chocolate, but had no idea about design. So this is what I came up with. I'm really proud of it. :o)
