This is a cake for Simone, 5 years old. She loves Thumbelina, a friend of Barbie who lives in a flower. It was not easy to replicate her face but I think that she looks like the doll... Vanilla cake, buttercream and raspberry jam filling covered with fondant. All the details are fondant.
