I made this for my parents 60th Wedding Anniversary open house that we had this weekend.
Four tiers, spice (Dad's favorite), butter pecan, german chocolate w/ coconut pecan icing filling (Mom;s favorite), and white. Topper is a butter pecan cake that I carved into the shape of a car and covered it with chocolate Fondarific that i colored with black and add additional fondant accessories. I then wrote "FORD" (Blackford, get it??!!) on the back of the car with royal icing and placed a 60 on both doors. All cakes are covered and filled with buttercream icing with the exception of the german chocolate cake. I also have royal icing swirls in ivory and blue.
